. claude/skills/<名前>/SKILL.md というファイルに書く。 /learn 3. プロジェクトの .claude/settings.json に次を書くと流れを早く見られる。 ls .claude/autoharness/ # 内部の状態。 完全に消すには、~/.claude/autoharness/ と <リポジトリ>/.claude/autoharness/ を削除する。 #claudecode #autoharness

Anthropic just published its 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴-𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 for Claude Code mods. You can ask Opus 5.5 to use it to go through your past sessions and find the mods you most need to build for yourself. A mod is a small feature you add to Claude Code. The guide's three mods take the things you'd normally stop to ask it and 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻: how full the context is, what this command is about to delete, and what it just changed. You just describe what you want to see, and Opus 5.5 writes the code. So don't rush to copy the examples. Start with the things you keep stopping to ask about. Send this prompt to Opus 5.5 👇 "Read this guide: https://claude.dev/blog/getting-started-with-claude-code-mods/ Then use it to go through my last 20 sessions (this project's .jsonl logs under ~/.claude/projects/) and see how I use you day to day. Find three kinds of things worth turning into a mod: 1. Things I keep asking you, or asking you to do. Each mod in the guide answers one question, like how full the context is. Pick out the questions and requests I repeat across sessions, with counts and my exact words, then decide whether each fits a readout above the prompt, a pane beside the conversation, or a /command. 2. Commands that make me nervous: ones I stopped partway, rejected, or had you undo afterwards. 3. How I check your changes: asking you to list the files you changed, paste the diff, or explain a change. For each idea, give it a name, quote my words, and write a few 'What it should show' lines in the style of the guide's token-weather prompt. If a status line or a setting can already do it, say so, and don't force it into a mod. Rank the ideas by how much they'd help me, and tell me how to keep a mod around once it's built. Show me the ideas first. Don't build anything until I pick."

wait actually Claude Code mods are sick. I vibe-coded my own spinner that watches what the main agent is doing and uses Sonnet 5.5 to turn it into little cartoons in real time

Addy Osmani@addyosmani

Hey Victor and @AhmedReza! We'll post some clarifications real soon. Until then: A mod is a small JavaScript or TypeScript file that runs inside your Claude Code session. It can watch what's happening, change what Claude Code does or draw its own UI in the terminal or the desktop app. You don't need to learn the API to try one. Run claude, then describe the mod you want e.g. "show how full my context window is as a weather forecast above the prompt using Claude Code mods" Claude Code writes it. Allow hot reload when it asks and it shows up when the turn ends.

Rajan Rengasamy@cmd_alt_ecs

@trq212 my repo's hooks are the closest thing i have to mods, and the lesson was paths. they run from $CLAUDE_PROJECT_DIR, so when i renamed the repo folder, every session opened before the rename lost bash, write and edit until a symlink went in at the old path.

Lucas Ataides@iamnotkookie

claude code mods just dropped customize each bot by prompting i run opus for hard code and grok bot for overnight digests same personality for both was the bug

Fahad Saleem@Pakgowithai

Claude Code just got mods. Change how it behaves, the UI, your own features — a few lines of TypeScript, or have Claude build the mod. They ship inside plugins; install with /plugin in the CLI or desktop. Replay Theater, Blast Radius, Token Weather show the shape. This is the open-up builders wanted.

Dani Acosta@DaniAcostaAI

@bcherny @Skylartkitchen It should be an open standard like plugins & skills. Also please start going faster on AGENTS.md and .agents folder conventions. Naming a folder is not your moat

basedcapital@thebasedcapital

anthropic just turned claude code into a platform that can rewrite its own functions. mods are event-driven typescript functions with the same permissions as claude code itself, and during early access 45% of the 31 public mods could execute host processes. the marketplace that solves trust here becomes the app store for every agent that does real work.

Facundo Goñi 🇦🇷@gonifacundo

@bcherny Boris some internal examples of how you guys use mods would be really helpful. I did a small hud with pr info, context, usage, and some more but I feel there’s a LOT to do with it that I’m not tapping into

Null Theory | center mass ⊬@migtito

I keep typing "add dark mode toggle to settings" and hoping Opus reads my mind. So I made a Claude Code mod: end a prompt with ++ and Sonnet 5.5 rewrites it with where to look, what "done" means and when to stop and ask. You read it, then hit Enter. https://github.com/MiguelMachado-dev/miguel-mods

https://claude.com/blog/claude-code-mods

You can now mod claude code. That’s pretty cool. We will see what people will come up with

Prasith Govin@prasithg

This could be a really huge. Making the Claude app a highly personalized environment for plugins and your own custom UI too. First ones I'd write: a source map pane showing which files and URLs an answer came from, a spend check on subagent spawns, a guard on shell commands. What mods will you buid?

AGTP@AGTPinsights

Claude Code just got mods, a way to customize how it behaves and looks. Here's what you need to know. The ClaudeDevs account announced it on Oct 2, 2026, one day after the http://Claude.dev launch. The post says you can now mod Claude Code to change how it behaves, customize the UI, and swap in your own features. It had 685.1K views within hours. A mod is a few lines of TypeScript, or you can have Claude build it for you by prompting it. Mods ship inside plugins, so you install them with /plugin in the CLI or desktop app. Under the hood, mods are hooks. Each one is a small JavaScript or TypeScript module that runs inside Claude Code. It can intercept internal events like tool calls, prompts, model requests and renders, and change what actually happens. It can also add its own UI and commands. Mods can even fork agents to do extra work, such as a custom classifier that writes memories every turn. Anthropic says it used mods to build features like /diff and AGENTS.md support. Claude Code 2.1.287 carries the release, with 106 CLI changes. Pre-built sample mods are being added to the Claude Code Playground repo. A getting started guide is on the http://claude.dev blog, written by Addy Osmani. One user says mods have been in early preview for a couple of weeks. One example is the next-steps mod, which suggests what to do next, including picking skills and other commands. Install it with: claude plugin marketplace add anthropics/claude-plugins-community claude plugin install next-steps@claude-community Mods run with the same access to your machine as Claude Code itself. Anthropic says to only install mods from sources you trust. You can keep a mod to yourself, or submit it to the Claude directory at http://claude.ai/directory. Builders are reacting fast. Boris Cherny calls it customizing Claude by just prompting it. Lydia Hallie describes mods as middleware for Claude Code. Thariq says all software is becoming malleable. Users are asking for the same in Codex, and one got Doom running in the Claude Code spinner. Key numbers: - 685.1K views on the announcement post - Claude Code 2.1.287 - 106 CLI changes in that release - Announced Oct 2, 2026 Mods are a plugin-based way to rewrite Claude Code's behavior and UI in TypeScript.
