1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of mods4claude.com (the "site"), operated by beg1nner studio (Fifi, EI) ("we", "us"), and to sponsorship bookings made through the site. Section 7 applies only to sponsors.

2. The service

mods4claude is an unofficial, free community directory of Claude Code mods: Claude Code plugins built with function hooks. You can browse and search listings without an account. We may change, extend or discontinue parts of the site at any time, and we do not guarantee that the site is always available or free of errors.

mods4claude is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.

3. Third-party mods: install at your own risk

The mods listed here are third-party software made by independent authors. A mod runs with your permissions inside Claude Code and can read files, run commands and change how Claude Code behaves. We do not review mods for safety, quality or fitness for any purpose. Listings are provided "as is".

• Inspect a mod's source code before installing it, for example with claude plugin validate.
• Validation information shown on the site comes from automated scans. It is not a security review and not a guarantee that a mod is safe.
• Any licence or agreement for a mod is between you and its author.

4. Third-party content and links

Listings are aggregated from public GitHub repositories, and community posts come from public posts on X. We link to external sites that we do not control and are not responsible for. If you notice incorrect or unlawful content, please tell us at contact@beg1nner4ever.com.

5. Acceptable use

When using the site, you must not:

• scrape, crawl or query the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it or disrupts it for others;
• abuse our forms, for example by sending spam, automated or repeated submissions;
• manipulate votes, for example with scripts, proxies or coordinated voting rings;
• submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or that you do not have the rights to share;
• try to bypass security measures, rate limits or access controls, or probe the site for vulnerabilities without our permission;
• use the site in breach of applicable law.

We may block access or remove content where these rules are broken.

6. Submitting mods

When you submit a mod, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you may share it. We decide at our discretion whether to list a submission, and we may edit, shorten or remove listings at any time. There is no right to be listed.

7. Sponsorships (business customers only)

7.1 Who can book

Sponsorships are offered only to businesses acting in a trade, business or professional capacity. By booking, you confirm that you are not a consumer and that you are authorized to act for the company you name. We do not sell sponsorships to consumers.

7.2 Slots and prices

• Homepage banner (USD 1000.00 per week): Full-width banner right under the homepage search. One sponsor at a time.
• Directory sidebar (USD 500.00 per week): Card in the sidebar of the browse page and every mod page. Up to three sponsors rotate.
• Featured listing (USD 1000.00 per week): A sponsored card first in the browse results, marked "Sponsored". Up to two at a time.

The total for your booking is shown in Stripe Checkout before you pay.

7.3 Booking and payment

To book, you enter your company name, ad title, tagline, a destination link starting with https, and a contact email address, choose a slot, a start Monday and the number of weeks, and pay through Stripe Checkout. Your booking is placed when the payment succeeds, subject to the review described in 7.4. If a checkout is not completed, the reserved slot is released after 35 minutes.

7.4 Review

We review every ad before it goes live. If we reject an ad, we refund the full amount paid.

7.5 Ad format

Ads are text-only and are clearly labeled "Sponsored". Ad links carry rel="sponsored". We may adjust how an ad is displayed to fit the site's layout.

7.6 Prohibited content

Ads must not contain, promote or link to:

• anything illegal or that infringes the rights of others;
• malware, spyware or other harmful software;
• adult or sexual content;
• gambling;
• cryptocurrency schemes, such as token sales or investment promises;
• misleading or deceptive claims;
• content that impersonates Anthropic or suggests an affiliation with, or endorsement by, Anthropic;
• political advertising.

You are responsible for the content of your ad and the site it links to, and for making sure both are lawful and that you hold the necessary rights.

7.7 No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee any number of impressions, clicks or other results. We count the aggregate number of clicks for each ad, without personal data about visitors, and can share these figures with you on request.

7.8 Refunds and removal

• Once an ad is live, payments are not refundable, except where the site is unavailable for a material part of the booked period. In that case we give a pro-rata credit or refund, at our discretion.
• We may remove an ad at any time if it breaks these rules. If an ad is removed because of such a violation, no refund is due.

8. Intellectual property and takedown notices

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, or is otherwise unlawful, email us at contact@beg1nner4ever.com with:

• your name and contact details;
• the URL or a precise description of the content concerned;
• the right you claim and why the content infringes it;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We review notices promptly and remove or correct content where appropriate. Where reasonable, we inform the person who provided the content.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, where we have given a guarantee, and wherever liability cannot be limited under applicable law (for example under product liability law).

For slight negligence, we are liable only if we breach an essential contractual obligation, meaning an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely. In that case our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, our liability for slight negligence is excluded. These limits also apply to our employees, representatives and agents.

Since the directory is provided free of charge, we are in particular not liable for damage caused by third-party mods you choose to install, except as stated in the first paragraph of this section.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we change the site or when the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes do not affect sponsorships that were already booked before the change, unless the sponsor agrees.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of France, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you use the site as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside.

For disputes with business customers, including all sponsorship bookings, the courts of Paris, France have exclusive jurisdiction, as far as legally permitted.

12. Final provisions
