Summary

mods4claude does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and loads nothing from third parties in your browser. We use one strictly necessary cookie for the site administrator and two small entries in your browser's local storage to remember your own choices.

What we store

The local storage entries stay in your browser and are not sent to our servers. They contain no personal data.

Why we do not ask for consent

Under EU rules (Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and, in France, Article 82 of the Loi Informatique et Libertés), consent is not needed for storing information on your device when it is strictly necessary to provide a service you explicitly requested. The administrator cookie is needed to run the admin area securely, and the local storage entries only save choices you made yourself. We use nothing else, so there is no cookie banner asking for consent.

Payments

If a business books a sponsorship, payment takes place on Stripe Checkout, a page operated by Stripe. Stripe may set its own cookies there, for example for fraud prevention. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's own policies.

How to remove them

You can delete cookies and local storage for this site at any time in your browser settings. Your theme choice is then reset, and the privacy notice is shown again.
