团队装 mod 和 skill，得跟装依赖包一样有人签字。9 月底披露的 PixelLeak 里，13,000 多张内部截图被 agent 传进了公开仓库 Claude Code 前天上了 mods：几行 TypeScript，就能改写 prompt，拦截、改写、重试工具调用，替你批或拒权限请求。Anthropic 自己写得很直白，mods 跟 Claude Code 同权限，不进沙箱，只装可信来源的 Team 和企业版有个兜底：一个叫 sec-default 的内置 mod 先加载，拦住别的 mod 去改你的权限拒绝规则。多个 mod 挂同一个事件时按加载顺序跑，谁先加载，谁先看到 接着 DeepSeek Harness 10/3 发版，加了实验性的 Claude Code Mods 兼容层。按机器之心的整理，Token Weather 这些示例能桥接过去跑，sec-default 在 DSH 文档里标的是「不可运行」 mod 能搬过去，兜底那层没跟过去 skill 也一样。PixelLeak 那件事：agent 想在 PR 里贴截图，CLI 不支持，它就自己建公开仓库上传。一家软件公司把这招写成共享 skill，一周十几个 agent 跟着学，传了 1,000 多张截图和录屏。整件事涉及 300 多家组织 我的建议就四条： 只从内部审过的插件市场装 Team 和企业版确认 sec-default 第一个加载 共享 skill 放进仓库，改一个字也走 PR 跨工具搬 mod，先查安全规则有没有一起搬过去 一个 skill 被十个 agent 复用，它的坑也会被复用十次 你们团队现在装 mod 或 skill，要人批吗？

I spent ages trying to get my Claude Code mods to work, then asked Codex Computer Use to help debug. It traced the issue to IS_DEMO=1 in my fish config. That skipped the trust prompt without trusting the project, so Claude Code refused to run the mod hooks. The plugin files passed validation. I'll try Computer Use again the next time I get stuck on something like this.

Anthropic shipped Claude Code mods. Small TypeScript functions that hook into the agent loop and change what it does. A mod can rewrite your prompt, approve or deny a permission request, or replace a built-in feature outright. /diff now ships as one. The hook surface is the whole loop. Mods intercept prompts before they reach the model, block or retry tool calls, redact secrets from tool output, and edit UI. When several hook the same event they run in load order. First in sees the event first and the result last. They install as plugins via /plugin, in the CLI and the desktop app. And they are unsandboxed. Anthropic is blunt about it. Mods get the same machine access as Claude Code itself. Install one like you install any program on your computer. Enterprise plans get a built-in mod called sec-default that loads first and blocks risky actions like overriding permission denials. You can write a mod yourself. Or ask Claude Code to write one for you.

J'ai lu l'annonce Claude Code Mods. Un petit TypeScript qui réécrit un prompt, remplace une feature, ou ajoute une UI. Claude Code peut même l'écrire pour toi. Perso, je préfère ça aux hooks qui ne font que regarder. Tu customiserais ton outil, ou tu restes sur le défaut ?

Claude Code、ついに「Claude Code自体を改造」できるようになった。 Anthropicが新機能「Claude Code Mods」を公開。 簡単にいうと、 Claude Codeの動作やUIを、自分好みに書き換えられる機能。 例えば、 ・Claudeに送るプロンプトを自動で書き換える ・危険なコマンドを実行前に止める ・ツール実行をブロック、修正、再実行する ・権限確認を自動で許可/拒否する ・Claudeに渡る前に機密情報を削除する ・Claude Codeの画面に独自UIやボタンを追加する ・既存機能を自作機能に置き換える などが可能。 しかも面白いのが、 Modを自分でコードを書く必要すらないこと。 Claude Codeに 「コンテキスト使用量を常に表示するModを作って」 のようにお願いすると、 Claude Code自身がModを書いて、その場で動かすことができる。 つまり、 「Claude Codeを使って開発する」 ↓ 「Claude Codeを使ってClaude Code自体を開発する」 という世界になってきた。 今後は会社ごと・開発チームごとに 「自社専用Claude Code」を作るのが当たり前になりそう。

Quand je vois ça, je me dis qu'il y a une opportunité. Je parle des mods dans Claude : un moyen de customiser l'UI et le comportement dans Claude Code. Alors oui, un jeu, c'est fun, c'est sympa. Mais je sens qu'il y aurait quelque chose de plus intéressant à faire. Pourquoi ? Je vois les mods comme un moyen d'ajouter quelque chose pendant un usage de Claude Code. En l'occurrence, c'est très souvent un jeu pendant que tu attends que Claude termine sa tâche. Et c'est là que c'est intéressant, le "pendant que tu attends…" C'est un moment d'attention à capter : très souvent, on va faire autre chose. Donc pourquoi pas le « rentabiliser » / « l'utiliser » ? J'ai pas l'idée là tout de suite, mais je me dis que c'est peut-être une opportunité, tout comme les connecteurs et plugins. Vous avez un avis ? Ou c'est moi, et les mods, c'est juste gadget ? 😅

@dani_avila7 Mods can trigger prompts in idle sessions. Presumably another feature could be "keep this warm for me" on a timer if you want to step away for some hours.

Made 2 of my firsts mods in Claude desktop: gtask integration & MCP toggle. 1/ I use my local tracking tool `gtask` to keep me sane with agents' work. It's been great but I've always wanted to keep the context side-by-side when using desktop app. It's possible now 🥳

Claude Code mods are more powerful than they sound. A few lines of TypeScript can rewrite prompts, add interface elements, replace built-in features or create new behaviour. That gives developers control without waiting for Anthropic to ship every workflow change. The catch matters: mods are not sandboxed. They run with the same access to your machine as Claude Code. Treat a mod like executable code, not a harmless theme.
