Stops Claude from writing API keys, tokens, private keys and database passwords into files.

Automated multi-agent code review cycle that spawns reviewers in parallel (plus Codex when available), applies fixes per CLAUDE.md policy, admits a commit only when a reviewer saw exactly what it records, and asks before a push, pull request, merge or release you did not request, unless you let it go further.

Two rules no settings hook enforces, refused at the tool call: wiki pages and their generated ADR mirrors are written only through the Cortex wiki tool, and every git worktree lives at /.claude/worktrees/ / (one created there is registered with disk_hygiene.py).

/handover writes a handover note from the conversation (served from the prompt cache), saves it under ~/.claude/projects/ /handovers/ .md, clears the session and continues from the note in a fresh context. Suggests it when context passes a threshold.

Git only when you asked: commits, pushes, pull requests, merges and destructive git commands run only when your latest message (or /ship, /kickoff (also as /progress-pane:kickoff), or your answer to Claude's question) allowed them; everything else is refused with a note telling Claude to ask. No UI.

Past a context threshold, records a hand-off and continues the work from the notes: in a new desktop-app session by default, or in this one after a compaction or the app's clear

Tool-call guard rules (parser-based), written in CEL; add your own in ~/.claude/bash-guardrails.json or .claude/bash-guardrails.json. On by default: blocks malformed bash and find rooted at /. Opt-in: Monitor, find without -xdev, pgrep/pkill pitfalls, until-grep loops, sudo, run0 confirmation, and pointing cat/head/sed/awk, heredoc writes, sed -i and Python rewrites to the Read, Write and Edit...

Subagents default to Sonnet; pasting a plan path adds the hybrid rule (inline small tasks, Sonnet subagents for big ones)

Refuses shell commands a project's .claude/command-guards.json rules out, for the main loop and every subagent

Pages your phone (ntfy or Telegram) when the coding agent finishes a long turn or needs you, and lets you reply from the phone.

Warns when another Claude session on the same repo already edited the file being changed, or claimed the same package version.

Adds /isl, which opens Sapling Web (ISL) for the session's folder in the Desktop app's browser pane

Routes sudo in Bash calls to a password prompt the person can answer: pkexec on a Linux desktop, an osascript administrator dialog on macOS, and Windows sudo's UAC prompt on Windows.

Turn CLAUDE.md rules into hard blocks: protected paths, no new report files, banned commands, and rules re-pinned every N prompts and after compaction.

Claude cannot say "done" while the tests fail: a Stop gate runs your test command after every turn that changed files, and existing test files are locked so they cannot be patched green.

Compaction without amnesia: the summarizer is told to keep your goal, constraints, decisions and paths verbatim, a card with your goal, prompts, pinned notes, edited files and open todos follows the summary, and the full transcript before compaction is archived as markdown.

Pauses your music while you dictate a prompt, and resumes it once the prompt is submitted. Leaves meetings alone.
