To-do sidebar next to the chat: queue tasks, even while Claude is working. When Claude is clearly done, the to-do is checked off and the next one starts; otherwise the list stops with a reason and buttons (Continue keeps the order). Runs by default, never pauses on its own. Survives /clear. History per project. /todo, /todos help

A workspace pane for Claude Code: vitals rail, edit gate (blocks Edit, Write, NotebookEdit and MultiEdit until you approve; not Bash or MCP tools), plan review, ledger, companion, Mac monitor, notes vault, radar, Git and crew.

Shows repo@branch and its listening ports in the hint line under the prompt, and a /worktrees pane to review and clear finished worktrees.

Prompt cache status above the prompt: how long the cache stays warm, what a re-cache would cost, plan limits near the cap. Keeps a big cache warm on request and asks before a cold send. The cache part of Nate Herk's cache-keeper.
