Checks your message before it is sent, by rules and, where worthwhile, briefly with Haiku 5.5 (Sonnet 5.5 writes rewritten versions in level auto): a hint line under your message or a question (new chat with handoff, a skill, a clearer version, or "wrong chat?" when the message belongs to another project). Names due maintenance once per chat (/skill-doctor, prompt-audit, consolidate-memory...

To-do sidebar next to the chat: queue tasks, even while Claude is working. When Claude is clearly done, the to-do is checked off and the next one starts; otherwise the list stops with a reason and buttons (Continue keeps the order). Runs by default, never pauses on its own. Survives /clear. History per project. /todo, /todos help
