ask_jev on any situation, files, a command's output and your own state, with a spend ledger

Ask Jev a yes/no, a choice or a score about one file without reading it

Ask Jev the same typed questions of many files in parallel, then pick the one to open first

Jev decides when to compact, on every turn and on demand, and picks where the live work starts

Jev gates Bash, Write and Edit, and screens Read and Bash results for injected instructions; a blocked command is held, for the person to run anyway or keep blocked

Per-branch notes that ride in the system prompt, a note_add tool the model fills, and /notes to view, add, list and prune them
