Guards

Guard for dispatching subagents: denies isolation "worktree", checks a declared WORKTREE is a separate, clean, never-dispatched git worktree, and in opted-in repos requires non-read-only subagents to declare one.

After a Write/Edit to public copy (globs in the repo's .claude/copy-lint.json), checks banned words/phrases and heading punctuation and hints the model; never blocks the write.
