Replay Theater: a live timeline of everything Claude does in a turn (commands, reads, searches, edits) with diffs and output.

A git dashboard: repos in the chat's folder are watched on their own, every other repo on the computer is listed to add. Worktrees, branches, ahead/behind, changes, pull/push/sync, refreshed every minute.
