Keeps the prompt cache warm with a tool-less fork shortly before it expires and shows the cache clock and a per-session switch in the prompt hint line (/keepalive on|off|status).

Writes a structured session handoff on demand to ~/.claude/handoffs/ / (never into the project), resumes from the newest one, restarts into a fresh conversation with the handoff (pill or /handoff fresh) and hints once when the context fills up.

Nudges the main session to hand reading, searching, research and review to subagents, and shows main-context fill and delegated tokens above the prompt.
