SDD capability UI shell: /sdd, navigation row, view slot, Back/Close and the single status line. Contains no capability business logic.

SDD capability 01: phase determination, progress and transitions, derived from the 05 artifact inventory.

SDD capability 02: prompt templates, layer composition, prompt resolution, template edit/save/reset and the Prompt Pack catalog.

SDD capability 03: the sole phase/prompt interceptor and human approval gate before a Spec-Kit phase runs.

SDD capability 04: semantic Analyze findings, read-only run guard (best effort), Analyze result state. Execution is delegated through the Review Gate.

SDD capability 05: canonical Spec-Kit artifact inventory, hashes and the single staleness model.

SDD capability 06: evidence-backed phase gates and the sole owner of Approve, Reject and Continue.

SDD capability 07: deterministic requirement ID graph, trace matrix, gaps and orphans.

SDD capability 08: evidence-based convergence state, regressions and recorded exceptions. Requests re-analysis through the Review Gate.

SDD capability 09: bounded, project-keyed history of SDD actions. An observer; never writes another Mod's state.
