Shows above the prompt how long the prompt cache stays warm, the cache hit rate, context use and plan limits, with a compact button. No model calls.

Holds recursive deletes (rm -rf, Remove-Item -Recurse, rmdir /s, git clean -f), shows what would go, and offers move-to-trash with /undo-delete, delete, or refuse. Leaves a receipt.

/mod-doctor checks every installed mod in one report: hook scripts, plugin mods loaded, Node, Claude Code version, errors and ESLint timings in the mods log.
