Detects a session that was cut off mid-turn (restart, crash) and drafts the standard pick-up prompt; /resume-here sends it.
Install
/plugin marketplace add LeeHigma0201/claude-code-mods/plugin install resume-nudge@claude-code-modsThen run /reload-plugins or start a new session. Requires Claude Code 2.1.287+.
