Guided breathing exercises above the prompt while Claude works: coherent, box, 4-7-8 and the physiological sigh, four animation styles, and the spinner reads the breath. Appears when Claude starts, disappears when Claude answers. Needs function hooks (early access) and an interactive terminal.
