替模型查 Graphiti 记忆：每轮开头按你的原话、运行中按第一次读写的文件、高风险命令和报错、派出子代理时按任务，调用服务端 recall，只把过了相关度线的事实和实体注入上下文。每次召回在对话里留一行灰字，写明查询词和是否真的随请求送到了模型。

在终端右侧停靠栏里显示本会话的图片：你发给 agent 的图，以及 agent（含子 agent）读到、截到、工具返回的图。只在终端里工作，Claude Desktop 里整个 mod 不做任何事。

auto 模式（以及 bypass 模式）插给模型的那段提醒里，有一句让模型在 Bash 里用 grep 和 find 搜索。这个 mod 只拿掉这一句，换成用 Grep 工具搜内容、用 Glob 工具找文件名；提醒的其余部分原样保留。认不出这句时整段原样放行。子 agent 收不到这段提醒，所以每个子 agent 启动时，在它的任务末尾追加同一句。
